In new intv with me, @GaSecofState says 24,000 GOPs who voted absentee in primary did not vote in General - says Donald Trump cost himself the election by sowing distrust in absentee: "he would have won by 10 thousand votes he actually suppressed, depressed his own voting base"
This made my day!

Trump hasn’t ordered the Census Bureau to exclude illegal immigrants from the total population count. He ordered the bureau to exclude them from the apportionment count. If the bureau can’t do this before Trump leaves office, it will do this after he leaves offce, unless the new president countermands the order.
The apportionment count has always been different than the total population count. Residents not entitled to representation in the House of Representatives are always excluded. For example, resident of Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are excluded because because they get no House seats. Foreign nationals residing legally but temporarily in the United States are excluded. Illegal immigrants have traditionally been included the apportionment count unless they reside in Washington, D.C. or U.S. territories.

Many rural and working class American towns are in trouble. The changing economy is leaving them behind. Financial insecurities have driven many families apart. Children are being raised by single parents. Parents and children are turning to drugs for escape. Out of desperation, some search for a sense of belonging on the internet where they learn they could join Neo-Nazis or other extremist groups.
Our government could be investing extra resources into rural and working class towns’ schools. It could be trying to help them develop new ways for their residents to earn a living. Instead of focusing our resources on them, our government has chosen to allow illegal migrants to remain here and to spend resources on them. This helps explain why Trump garnered so much support when he promised to deport illegal migrants. Our own citizens need the resources that our government has been using to pay for the illegal migrants’ education, medical care, social services, and other subsidies.
The reporter has written,"Excluding unauthorized immigrants from population totals could drastically alter the allotment of federal dollars for a broad range of services, generally shifting grants and government resources from cities to less populated areas.”
Maybe this is what needs to be done. We should be spending our resources on our own needy citizens.
Whatever it is, it’s probably not hair dye
But several Manhattan hairdressers said that what was dripping down the face of the president’s lawyer was likely not hair dye.
“Hair dye doesn’t drip like that, unless it’s just been applied,” said David Kholdorov of the Men’s Lounge Barbershop and Spa, on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
He explained that hair dye is typically mixed with peroxide during the dyeing process, and that once the solution oxidizes, the color adheres to the hair. No one would leave the solution in place in its raw form, he said, because the solution would irritate the scalp and could burn the hair or cause it to fall out.
Mirko Vergani, the creative color director at the Drawing Room, a salon in downtown Manhattan, said it was far more likely that Giuliani had used mascara or a touch-up pen to make sure his sideburns matched the rest.
“Sideburns are more gray than the rest of the head,” he said. “You can apply mascara to touch the gray side up a bit so it looks more natural.”
