非常非常好奇如果美国对北韩动手会有怎样的后果，不仅短期后果，长期波浪可能相当深远，尤其是对于中日两国的影响将无法估计。中国正处在转折时刻，如果北韩出事，将把中国政治推向某种极端。

从美国自身角度，我听到过的所有专家都说，北韩是一个无解的题，只能无为坐等，something will happen. 相比之下，虽然叙利亚在2013-16年之间的内战沦陷也是高难度状况，倒仍有专家认为美国可以有所作为，无为是错的。所以北韩是一个比叙利亚更棘手百倍的难题。

之前 Obama 政府用隐秘的 cyber 手段破坏北韩的核弹研究，据说成效显著，令核弹进程倒退N年，所以现在北韩的炫耀很可能只是吹牛而已。不过对于川皇及狗腿这样的领导，即使吹牛也能触发他们的暴力倾向，虚弱的 masculinity 必须用经常的暴力展示来证明与支撑，内忧必须用外患来消除。

前两天twitter还在传一个视频（也不知是不是真的）：川皇下了飞机，没上准备好的车，一直往前走，后来被保安拉回来，好像才明白过来。他好像只有吹捧自己和攻击别人不吹捧自己时明白，其他时候都处于半昏迷状态。

虽然情报机构已经公开声明很多次，俄国肯定动手了，不清楚的只是动手的深度与广度到底多少。Must be fake news.

一个装睡的人是无法叫醒的。俄国干涉美国选举有什么关系，只要弄上去的是“自己人”，高兴还来不及呢。

最近纽约时报的daily 里报道肯塔基州，Rand Paul / Mitch McConnell 1/3的人是通过medicaid 得到健康保险，这之中又有1/3 是在obamacare medicaid expansion 得到的。也就是整个州有约10%，是obamacare 的受益者。采访一个有基因病的女的，她得病后不能工作，住在她姐家，靠social security 的钱过日子，靠medicaid 看病。她选了Mitch McConnell. 现在她很生气。说我不知道他要repeal and replace obamacare 啊，他竞选纲领里没有啊。medicaid 救了我的命，不能消减。---什么？？？？Mitch McConnell 和整个共和党叫了七年要repeal obamacare, 你是聋还是蠢？

我现在很有些时候能够接受现实，比如看肯塔基的例子的时候。

他们就是天然分自己人和别的人，其他人种、宗教信仰都是别的人。Mitch McConnell是自己人。不会对自己使坏。川皇当然也是自己人，自己人就是听见了我们的呼声。

哈哈，我今天听到一句很好笑的话，共和党的理想世界里，每个人都只靠自己就买得起健康保险。

Rand Paul Libertarian 的观点是: 要给群众提供福利可以,我们得加税,有钱支付才可以提供. 肯塔基得加州税,加销售税. -- 当然 Libertarian 的另一个重要观点是:税是罪恶的, 不能加税. 所以。。。

实际的说, 肯塔基州穷得叮当响,从煤炭业衰落后就是联邦政府的负担.加州税销售税也收不上来钱吧.

群众一旦习惯了某种权利，就很难拿走了。Medicaid expansion 要缩回来, 政治风险巨大. 其实现在我也不那么怕repeal without replacement . Let's do it.

McConnell 现在开始放风说要是不能REPLACE 就考虑和民主党合作加强OBAMACARE, 以免健保市场崩溃. 我也等着看他能拉到那些民主党.

其实好多选民都不是为了自己的利益投票的，是情感票。有人连情感票都不是，就是喜欢Trump，他说什么都好都对。比如以前Trump说要建墙，让墨西哥政府付钱，不相信全球气候变化；现在他说建的墙要用太阳能光板，墨西哥政府还可以少付钱呢！他的支持者照样叫好！

Trump不用整风整改文化革命就达到了老毛的“两个凡是”境界： “凡是Trump作出的决策，我们都坚决维护；凡是Trump的指示，我们都始终不渝地遵循。” 我真是无法理解Trump怎么这么有魅力。。。

昨晚纽约时报爆出一大堆料，貌似一路摸到了去年七月小川跟俄国律师开会的 email (his emails!). 之前川家还说是民主党搞阴谋给他们牵的线，要陷害他们，现在连人名都放出来了，Rob Goldstone, 跟英国小报有关系。感觉通俄事件证据都在外面飞扬了。

纽时其实手里有EMAIL 原件，如果第一天就直接爆，效果有这么好么？不会吧。但是他们分三天，第一天爆的比较含糊“根据看过这些邮件的人说”，太子沉不住气要反驳，第二天根据太子的反驳爆更多料，太子再挤点牙膏，第三天纽时放出风来其实手里就有原件，太子精神崩溃主动把邮件原件贴出来。这效果太赞了！
川皇同样不是一个有耐心的人。现在靠身边人千方百计拦着。拉锯吧。
现在我的底线已经变得很低很低低到尘埃里去。民主党夺不回美国, 共和党建制派上台也行。只要不核战。健康保险什么的，倒退就倒退吧。川粉煤炭工人们不要社会安全网要精神鸦片，左派拦的住吗。等健康保险都取消，身体不好想挖煤都不行, 天天窝在家里，不吃不喝的吸点中国邮寄过来的fentanyl, 节能环保碳脚印比我小. 全球变暖问题自然解决了。

共和党秘密整出来的健保修改案弄了几回，越改越糟，最后连私营保险业都集体反对。嗯，这个过程颇象我遇到过的团队修改文档过程。John McCain 一进医院，本来好不容易赶到一起的猫群呼拉一下都散掉了。

不过 McConnell 还没死心，现在终于回到了纯废除ACA的路线，也不想什么修改了。加油！赶紧废除吧！
